Derg View Self Catering House and B&B, is situated in the West of Ireland, in a picturesque rural setting overlooking the River Derg and the Sperrin Mountains also taking in the peaks known locally as Mary Grey and Bessie Bell. This is an atmospheric place with an organic mix of craggy hill summits, lush forests, vast moorland, sunny vales and tranquil loughs and rivers. Within walking distance of the historical village of Ardstraw, the property is a large, recently converted Old School and combines historical richness with a range of modern accommodation maintained to the highest standard in keeping with the property's traditional character. Whether you want an action packed adventure break, or a relaxing holiday in a scenically rural location, Derg View House can accommodate your needs, and tailor your break accordingly. It’s the perfect base for exploring. Just a few minutes drive from 2 lakeside golf courses, at Baronscourt, and less than 15 minutes from the historical Ulster American Folk Park, the Gortin Glen Forest Park, and the popular Lakelands of Fermanagh. Also, the beaches both North and South of the provence are less than an hour’s drive away for when you crave some fresh sea air. There is an onsite activity centre, and walking and cycling tours and other activities can be arranged by the owners on request.


Derg View House is Northern Ireland Tourist Board approved and offers five beautifully decorated, bright and airy bedrooms with a total of 10 bed spaces to accommodate the needs of family parties, small groups, single travellers, and couples. Depending on the size of the party, guests can have the option of B&B accommodation or the flexibility of using the entire house in a self catering capacity to allow freedom to have a home from home holiday or short break experience.
